Ram's Head Dining Room
Food service continues to be a thriving industry worldwide. The Ram’s Head Dining Room is a direct connection to the Culinary Arts shop. The Ram’s Head is a student run restaurant. Our students receive on-site training, such as; preparing the food, setting the tables, serving the patrons, clearing the table, and completing register transactions. As the students progress to the upper class, they learn a more detailed style of service, as well as restaurant management.
Our menu changes daily to allow the students to see many different styles of food, both in cooking procedures as well as ethnic styles.
Our restaurant services the community who are looking to find a quality homemade meal that is also affordable. In addition to serving the restaurant, we offer party platters for any occasion, as well as frozen entrées that can be purchased to take home.
