The Athletic program at Shawsheen has and will continue to be an important part of the Shawsheen Tech. experience. The rewards associated with participating in athletics cannot be overemphasized.
Our goal is to provide each enrolled student an opportunity to participate in an extracurricular athletic activity that will foster physical skills, a sense of worth and competence, knowledge and understanding of the pleasure of sport, and the principles of fair play.
There are more than 95 championship banners proudly displayed in our gymnasium. We offer 20 varsity and 15 sub-varsity sports. We are proud of our outstanding coaching staff and tremendous athletic facility. Each year hundreds of student-athletes share in that pride as well.
