Q2 Mid-Term Progress Reports were published yesterday and are available to view in Aspen. Students and families are reminded that staff are available after-school for extra help at least two days per week, the library is staffed after school until 5:30pm every Monday-Thursday (except on early release days), and students are able to access late bus transportation at 3:20pm every Monday-Thursday (except early release days) and at 5:40pm every Monday-Friday. Building Closure & Staff Availability Over Winter Break

Students will be dismissed from school for winter break at 10:43am on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, and will return to school from break on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. The building and all offices will be closing at noon on December 23rd and will be closed on the following dates: December 24^th, December 25^th, and January 1^st. Please anticipate that during the other days of winter break, most offices will be minimally staffed (and some not at all) since most year-round employees take vacation time during winter break. All staff will return to the building on Monday, January 5^th for a professional day with staff only.
