Quarter 1 Mid-Term Progress Reports were published on Wednesday and are available to view in Aspen. If you are having difficulty logging into Aspen, please follow the instructions below. Quarter 1 will end four weeks from today on Friday, November 6, 2026, and Q1 Report Cards will be available to view in Aspen by Friday, November 13, 2026. Parent/Guardian-Teacher conferences will take place the following Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 5pm-8pm. Information on how to schedule conferences will be shared closer to that date.

The following message is from the SVTHS Yearbook Club:
Senior Portraits & Quotes for the 2027 Yearbook are Due: October 30*
Submit HERE (Must be submitted by the student) Photos should be a minimum of 4x6" 300ppi for best quality.
*If a student does not submit a photo by the deadline, their updated school photo will be used and their name will appear as it does in ASPEN.
School Photo Retakes
A school photo retake day will take place on Tuesday, November 17. Students without photos will automatically be scheduled to have their photos taken that day. If you want your student to re-take their photo, please complete this form by Friday, October 23: Picture Retakes 2026 – Fill out form.

Reminder: Financial Aid Information Night for Juniors & Seniors
Attention Families of Shawsheen Juniors & Seniors: On Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 6:00-7:30PM, the SVTHS Guidance Department will host our annual Financial Aid Information Night in the school auditorium. Amy Goulter, Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Lasell University, will be presenting information regarding the financial aid process. The target audience for this event is parents/guardians, but students are welcome to attend. Parents of 12th graders will find it most helpful, but 11th grade parents are welcome to attend to get a head start on the process.
Reminder: ATTENTION SENIORS! Cap & Gown Orders Due by Friday, November 6, 2026
Orders for graduation cap & gown packages must be placed with Jostens by Friday, November 6, 2026, and senior families will start receiving emails from Jostens about this next week. There are a number of package options to choose from when placing your order. Students and families are welcome to order any packages they would like, but the only items that are required for the graduation ceremony (gown, cap, tassel, and stole) are all included in the option labeled "Graduation Kit Cap, Gown, Tassel" at a cost of $39.
