RESERVATIONS are required and can be made by calling 978-671-3668, and are to be made before 9:30 am
Two seatings are available on the days we are open, 11:30 am and 11:45 am every other week.

LOCATION of the restaurant is in the back of the school with reserved parking.

Foodservice continues to be a thriving industry worldwide. The Ram’s Head Dining Room is a direct connection to the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management shop. The Ram’s Head is a student-run restaurant. Our students receive on-site training, such as preparing the food, setting the tables, serving the patrons, clearing the tables, and completing register transactions. As the students progress to the upper class, they learn a more detailed style of service, as well as restaurant management.
Our menu changes daily to allow students to experience a variety of food styles, encompassing both cooking methods and ethnic cuisines. Our restaurant serves the community who are looking to find a quality homemade meal that is also affordable. In addition to serving the restaurant, we offer frozen entrées that can be purchased to take home.
