Spring Season is still slated to begin no earlier than May 4th and regular season and tournament games will be played by June 27th. When school resumes Spring sports will begin. Additional Info Here

Make healthy choices in what you eat and drink (eat to train and compete)
Get creative with your workouts
- Stretch before and after every workout (entire body, neck to feet – at least 10 minutes)
- Include:
- Cardio Workouts
- Plyometric Workouts
- Core/Ab Workout
- Strength Training
- Some ideas to include in your workouts:
- Walking
- Running
- Jumping Rope
- Lunges
- Squats
- Pushups
- Chin-ups

- Dead Bugs (Click here on how to do a dead bug)
- Workouts can be done without a gym, playing field, track or playground-please make sure you are staying off fields/tracks
- Stay hydrated
