• Fall Football Workouts

    Good News - We are offering voluntary Football Workouts!!

    Informational Meeting will be held on Monday, September 28th at 2:45PM out on the Baseball JV Grass Field for anyone interested in learning more.


    • Workouts will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:45-4:30 on the grass baseball field (next to the Stadium Football Field)
    • Student-Athletes are not required to attend all the workouts
    • Workouts will focus on strength, speed, flexibility, conditioning, Football skills and drills, etc.
    • Football coaches will oversee these workouts
    • Students should wear regular workout/gym attire, bring their own water bottles and follow proper COVID-19 protocols (wearing masks and social distancing)

    PLEASE NOTE: We have no information regarding Football in the Fall II Season.  Information will not be available until early February at the earliest.


    UPDATE Sports in the Fall season: Cross Country, Golf, Boys Soccer and Girls Soccer.

    Girls Volleyball, Football and Fall Cheer got moved to the Fall II Floating Season starting on February 22nd
