ImPACT Concussion Testing Instructions

Please read all instructions before beginning. The ImPact test must be completed by all NEW (9th graders & transfers) as well as RETURNING 11th graders. The Student MUST complete the test themselves, so we have accurate data on file in case of a concussion.

You do NOT need to print the final page after completing the test. All results will go automatically to the Athletic Trainer.

1. Sign in, open Google Chrome, go to: www.impacttestonline.com/testing

2. Click “Launch Baseline Test”

3. IF YOU HAVEN’T TAKEN THIS TEST HERE BEFORE:

Select Enter Additional Demographics

4. IF YOU HAVE TAKEN IT HERE BEFORE:

Select Skip Additional Demographics

Important:

Student MUST take the test themselves

Test must be done on a computer or laptop

Put cell phones away – It is important that you are able to focus while doing the baseline test.

You are done when you see a screen asking about printing/emailing a confirmation. Do not worry about this, at this point you have completed the test and can close out the program.
