  • Medical Assisting  

    The Medical Assisting program prepares students for employment within the healthcare field or post-secondary endeavors.  Health care employment possibilities includes all outpatient physician's offices.  Students will learn clinical skills, including electrocardiography, phlebotomy, and medication administration, as well as basic laboratory techniques.  In addition, students will possess administrative knowledge of the medical office, which would qualify them to function as a member of the appointment, medical billing or business offices.
