The Ram’s Head Dining Room

  • Foodservice continues to be a thriving industry worldwide. The Ram’s Head Dining Room is a direct connection to the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management shop. The Ram’s Head is a student-run restaurant. Our students receive on-site training, such as; preparing the food, setting the tables, serving the patrons, clearing the table, and completing register transactions. As the students progress to the upper class, they learn a more detailed style of service, as well as restaurant management.

Our menu changes daily to allow the students to see many different styles of food, both in cooking procedures and ethnic styles. Our restaurant services the community who are looking to find a quality homemade meal that is also affordable. In addition to serving the restaurant, we offer frozen entrées that can be purchased to take home. The restaurant is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with two seatings, one at 11:30am and one at 11:45am every other week.

The days we will be open this year are fairly minimal compared to the past. We will only be open to the public on the week we have the 10th and 12th grade students.

To make a reservation: Please call by 9:30am daily to make a reservation. Reservations are required. 978-671-3668

Reservations can be made for the 11:30am or the 11:45am seating in advance or for the same day. If leaving a message, please include your name, phone number, day and time, and the number of people in your party. We will call back to confirm! The restaurant is located in the back of the school with reserved parking. *Hours and days open are subject to school closing and school schedule.
